- Awaken your senses and sensuality superpowers
- Balance your divine masculine and feminine energy
- Harmonize your masculine and feminine energies
- Amplify your masculine and feminine polarity through the body
- Balance the nervous system
- Open your crown chakra
- Calm the mind and lower stress
- Strengthen your immune system and nervous system
- Reconnect to your Divinity and Sacred Energy
- Walk with an open, trusting, discerning, and empowered heart
- Open to a Higher power and feel trust in your self, the Universe, God, and your life
- Heal your body, increase flexibility of tissues and consciousness and increase emotional equanimity
